Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages
- Proficient in ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Experience in using ServiceNow APIs
- Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer and/or ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, self-directed, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Substantial troubleshooting/debugging skills
