Senior ServiceNow Developer and Operations

Perform service management, operations, and systems administrations responsibilities on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring availability & resiliency, and partnering with business on automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Plan and execute system upgrades
• Address Incident, Problems on the platform
• Ensure availability & resiliency of the platform and MID servers
• Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
• Experience on following ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
• Experience on basic Java scripting
• Experience in handling service now incident and request queue
• Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow
• Experience in documentation and review activities
• Experience in complex data migration
