We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead analytics and reporting initiatives within our ServiceNow environment, supporting healthcare operations and compliance. This role is critical in transforming platform data into actionable insights that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and IT service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow analytics, reporting, or data visualization
- Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics, Metric Frameworks, Report Designer, and Indicators
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
