Lean Tech is a rapidly expanding organization in Medellín, Colombia, seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and optimize enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role will focus on delivering a modern employee experience and driving workflows, integrations, and best practices in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting
- Strong expertise with HRSD Enterprise Plus
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ITSM processes
- Experience building and maintaining custom-scoped applications using App Engine Studio
- Demonstrated ability to deliver modern self-service portals and employee experiences
- Strong hands-on experience with UI Builder
- Hands-on experience with ITAM and ITOM modules
- Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow integrations
- Experience working in an Agile SCRUM environment
