The role involves full project lifecycle management, from requirements analysis to deployment and support. Requirements
- Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
- Implement, customize and integrate the main ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC).
- Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
- Participate in integrations with third-party tools.
- Respect ServiceNow development best practices.
- Train and support internal teams.
