Requirements
- Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements Summary
