Senior ServiceNow Developer (Subject Matter Expert)

GDIT has an opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Subject Matter Expert) to contribute to the success of the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) in providing IT development services. The position is a full-time, remote role that requires expertise in ServiceNow modules, Agile Scrum Methodologies, and IT service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 20 years of development experience, primarily supporting ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals, IT Service Management (ITSM) Professional Plus Suite, ServiceNow Administration Advanced, etc.
• Subject matter expert knowledge with ServiceNow modules to include but not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Financial Management, IT Business Management (ITBM), Software Asset Management (ITAM).
• Subject matter expert knowledge and application of Agile Scrum Methodologies.
