Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Tools Support Specialist

GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC). This role involves maintaining ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. The position requires extensive experience in managing ServiceNow and tier II/III support in Washington, DC. It is a hybrid remote position.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proficiency in one or more enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• US citizenship and a Top Secret Clearance.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer Certification.
