We are seeking an ITAM/ITOM Specialist specializing in ServiceNow ITOM on a 1-year fixed term. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions for a leading North American Bank.
Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery processes, and Service Mapping
- Experience with automation and integration of IT processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ServiceNow ITOM Specialist certification preferred
