BCMC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to provide system administration, configuration, and support services for their clients. The role involves upgrading, maintaining, and resolving incidents, managing security, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active ServiceNow CSA
• Knowledge of ServiceNow systems administration and support
• Experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
• Experience configuring mid-servers
• Experience configuring ACLs, business rules, roles, permissions and groups
• Familiarity with JavaScript
