Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator

GovCIO is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role involves day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. The position is a hybrid remote position with a US citizenship requirement and a Top Secret Clearance clearance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and Reporting.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Update Sets, Scheduled Jobs, and Performance Analytics.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks.
• US citizenship required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
