The Schwarz IT department is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Operator to support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, certification in ServiceNow modules, and experience with Linux, database administration, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Create specifications, standards, SLAs/OLAs and develop the ServiceNow platform further
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Develop architecture concepts for ServiceNow product and project solutions
- Responsible for service-related documentation
- Knowledge of Linux and database administration
- Experience with operational processes (ITIL/ITSM)
- Certification in one or more of the large ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Good communication skills
- Secure language skills in German and English
