NewRocket is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow implementation projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of business/IT experience, with 5+ years leading technology projects. The role requires strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of business/IT experience, with 5+ years leading technology projects (Agile and Waterfall)
- Proven OCM expertise: driving change adoption, building communication and training plans, executing adoption KPIs
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow domains and platform capabilities (preferred)
- PMP Certification required; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
