- Delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators
- Technical and Functional Skills
- Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices via ServiceNow
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journeys, active pedagogy)
- Ease in leading groups (face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid)
- Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
