Requirements

  • Professional Experience
  • Designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
  • Delivered two ServiceNow training sessions to end-users or administrators
  • Technical and Functional Skills
  • Excellent mastery of ITSM best practices via ServiceNow
  • Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
  • Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journeys, active pedagogy)
  • Ease in leading groups (face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid)
  • Ability to popularize technical content for diverse audiences
  • Good understanding of change management in IT projects
