Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering with JavaScript and Rest API, or 3-5 years with ServiceNow technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with Service Catalog Items, Catalog UI Policy, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Table API, ACL, and Workflow/Flow Designer
- Strong technical design, critical thinking, problem-solving, debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
