The role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic vision, involving business transformation, integration, and platform customization. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building
- Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP (Service Management Platform)
- Expert knowledge of ITSM and DEVOPS
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to present to engineering and executive stakeholders
- Must be comfortable presenting to both engineering and executive stakeholders
