Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development
  • 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building
  • Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP (Service Management Platform)
  • Expert knowledge of ITSM and DEVOPS
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to present to engineering and executive stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable presenting to both engineering and executive stakeholders
  • U.S. Citizenship
