Senior ServiceNow Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Test Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Ogden, UT, Scott AFB, IL, or Ft Meade, MD. The position will be on-site and require an active Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Test data management and testing automation.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration tools and source control tools.
• Experience with agile development and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified
• AWS cloud certifications
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Willing to assist and train junior testers.
• Prior knowledge and experience with ServiceNow’s ATFs
• ServiceNow Platforms modules: Discovery, Event Management, Scripting, Service Mapping, Business Rules, Script Includes, Custom applications, Orchestration, Workflows, Service Catalog.
• Demonstrated ability to perform code analysis and troubleshoot difficult technical issues, ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Possesses 3-5 years’ experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration management and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
