ServiceNow Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Scrum Master to support ongoing activities for a customer in Ft Meade, MD, Scott AFB, IL, or Ogden, UT. The position will be on-site and require an active Secret clearance. The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate self-organizing teams, remove impediments, and coordinate with the Release Train Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working as a Scrum Master on a software development or other technical team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification (PMI-ACP)
• Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, across diverse systems and groups
• Willing to assist and train junior Scrum Masters
• Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence
• Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified
• AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
