Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Transformation & Advisory Consultant to optimize and transform critical business workflows for global market leaders. The role involves strategic advisory, outcome-driven delivery, and deep industry expertise. Consultants will be a key contributor to Infosys Consulting's global consulting capability in Process Automation and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and advisory experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules like Agentic AI, Service Order Management, Configuration Management Database, Customer Service Management, and HR Service Delivery.
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience
- Project Management experience (Agile delivery, business analysis, solution architecture) and SCMM certification.
- Experience managing organizational change for technology transformations.
- Experience with PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or other Scaled Agile frameworks.
