Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- 1+ year of experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI
- Prompt engineering experience with major LLM providers (Open AI, Google, AWS)
- Good understanding of model (LLM) quality evaluation process including gathering or generating model quality evaluation test data sets
- Non-deterministic troubleshooting skills to fine-tune LLM prompts and AI Agents instructions
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and XML
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Analytical and design skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
