Senior Software Engineer – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Comcast Business is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. The successful candidate will have experience with CLM platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• College degree in business or technical discipline; or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, preferably Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), as a solution designer/ subject matter expert
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of CLM processes, contract templates, workflows, and metadata management
• Experience integrating Icertis with enterprise systems such as Dynamics, ServiceNow and CSG using MuleSoft
• Familiarity with Azure, REST APIs, and enterprise security protocols
• Advanced skills in reporting, dashboarding, and data extraction from Icertis
• Experience with configuration, scripting, and custom development within the Icertis platform
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels in the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accompanying organizational and follow-up skills
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
• Must be detail-oriented and willingness to continually self-educate
