We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow to join our BAU team, responsible for solutioning, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform, providing technical guidance to junior developers, and promoting development best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications – ITSM / HRSD/ ITOM
- Experience with Employee Center Portal development, including custom widgets, theming, catalog items, and user experience enhancements
- Experience with the NOW Mobile application, including configuration, branding, and extending mobile capabilities
- Experience performing platform upgrades and cloning activities
- Technical Communication & Problem-Solving: Clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences while quickly analyzing issues and proposing innovative solutions
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively balance priorities, manage expectations across technology teams, and build strong collaborative relationships
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work successfully in distributed teams and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders
