The role involves building and maintaining scalable services for seamless integrations, collaborating with other engineers, and mentoring junior colleagues. Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in a software engineering role
- Deep expertise in building serverless Python microservices on AWS
- System design experience for integrations with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or other HR tools
- Proficiency in software development methodologies
- Excellent mentorship and communication skills
- Based in Belgium and with three days a week availability
