ServiceNow is looking for a full stack senior software engineer to join the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, where innovation meets collaboration! This is an exciting opportunity on a newly formed team building a new product from scratch!
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience integrating or working with AI/ML models (eg. LLM)
- 4+ years of experience full stack development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React
- Analytical and design skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control)
