Singtel is expanding its services by launching a new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Senior Solution Designer will support Ivalua applications with SAP ERP and implement customizations. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing logs, and managing user authorization to support Ivalua's core business modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
- Experience in SQL, scripting (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy) and/ or ServiceNow is highly encouraged.
- Strong experience in configuring and handling S2C, SIM/SRM, and P2P modules.
- Configuration skills to configure workflows, forms, business rules, and UI elements in Ivalua.
- Solid understanding and experience with approval flows, including troubleshooting and debugging.
- In-depth knowledge of Ivalua's standard table relations to ensure proper integration and reporting.
