Senior Solutions Architect

We’re looking for an amazing Senior Solution Architect to fill this role. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person at our Miami or Seattle Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for or the architecture design and implementation of technical and/or application solutions within their assigned tower.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related experience with 3 years as a lead solutions architect in their respective tower discipline
• Minimum 5 years in a corporate technology environment
• Minimum 5 years architecting cloud-based solutions
• Expertise in managing and optimizing compute and storage systems.
• Proficient in virtualization technologies and solutions.
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms, including deployment and management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for IT service management and automation.
• Strong focus on Operational Excellence
• 5+ years in the cruise line or hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience successfully leading small-medium architectural solutioning initiatives.
• Able to review and identify technical dependencies between application and infrastructure areas.
• Highly motivated and self directed
• Working knowledge of corporate IT disciplines and group dynamics
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
