Bristlecone is seeking a Senior Specialist - Integration to work within multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers. The role involves understanding and utilizing AgileScrum methodology to manage development work, collaborating with partners, and developing solutions to enhance existing ServiceNow applications. Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and scripting is preferred.
Requirements
- Work in multiple instances and domains
- Understand and Utilize an AgileScrum methodology
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners
- Develop business and systems requirements
- Develop and track Service Catalog requests
- Create and monitor Service Catalog workflows
- Follow notification process back to Business Rule
- Import data into ServiceNow instance
