Senior Specialist, HR

As a Senior Specialist, HR at Schaeffler, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, HR operations, and learning & development operations. You will work closely with hiring managers, regional HR teams, and internal and external partners to drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition
• Strong experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate
• Skilled in HR systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) and data reporting
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Experience with campus engagement, L&D coordination, and vendor liaison, Immigration matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
