Senior Specialist, HR Operations – Leave of Absence

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Specialist, HR Operations to support our Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across EMEA & LATAM. This role will manage complex leave cases, provide expert guidance to employees and partners, and collaborate across HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure a seamless experience during critical moments in the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery
• 3+ years supporting LOA across EMEA and LATAM
• APAC LOA experience
• Experience with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Experience with accommodations or return-to-work processes
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
• Excellent communication skills; additional EU languages a plus
• Proven ability to partner effectively across teams and drive improvements
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
