Requirements

  • Basic qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Benefits administration or HR/Benefit Operations.
  • Experience acting as a subject matter expert in HR services.
  • Experience supporting employees through LOAs (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.).
  • Experience with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
