Requirements
- Basic qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Benefits administration or HR/Benefit Operations.
- Experience acting as a subject matter expert in HR services.
- Experience supporting employees through LOAs (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
