Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Specialist HR Operations Support to develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR Service Delivery metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong advanced Excel skills, a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, and 7-8 years of experience in HR functional areas.

Requirements

  • Configure and create reports using pre-delivered reporting fields, specifying structure, scope, user authorization, periodicity, reporting levels, and so on.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros and automation.
  • Experience with report configuration in a ticketing and reporting tool.
  • Degree with focus on Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in different HR functional areas ideally in HR generalist or HR operations or shared service reporting roles in a global environment.
  • Fluency in English reading and speaking is a must, other language knowledge would be added advantage.
