The Senior Specialist, IT Business Analyst role serves as an interface between IT and Technical and operations application functions to ensure business technology alignment. The incumbent needs to understand functional requirements & processes to identify business technology and/or process opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in/as IT or Digital Enabler.
- ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience is an advantage.
