Google is seeking a Senior Staff Application Engineer to lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for ServiceNow in-house and customer-facing applications. The role involves a visionary and technical approach to ServiceNow platform design, driving data-driven decisions and influencing the ServiceNow implementation roadmap. It's a central role within the core team focused on the Systems architecture and data strategy, ensuring a cohesive and innovative platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 15 years of experience working with software development, system design, and systems integration
- 8 years of experience with ServiceNow CSDM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow application frameworks (ITSM, ITAM, SPM/PPM, CSM, WSD, LSD, GRC)
