Senior Staff IT Asset Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff IT Asset Manager to oversee strategic partnerships with key suppliers, including software, hardware, SaaS, and cloud providers. This role focuses on lifecycle management, governance, utilization, risk mitigation, and leveraging supplier data to optimize costs and increase innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of IT procurement and supply chain management.

Requirements

• 8 years in strategic supplier management
• Proven experience managing strategic IT suppliers
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud subscription, and perpetual licensing models
• Skilled in ITAM tools like ServiceNow
• Strong negotiation, governance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory, and compliance requirements for suppliers
• Strong data and financial acumen
• Experience with software utilization data and cost optimization
• Experience with IT contracts and licensing
• Experience with strategic supplier relationship management
