Senior Staff Product Manager, SPM Workflows & Planning

ServiceNow is seeking a Product Manager to design and scale enterprise workflows and tools that connect strategy to execution. This role involves building and managing a ServiceNow Work Management Solution (SPM/PPM/CWM), enabling consistency, alignment, and visibility across strategic planning, project delivery, and risk management. The Product Manager will partner with executives and operational teams to define frameworks, build workflows, and create data models.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise workflows.
• Strong understanding of OKRs, Agile workflows, capacity planning, portfolio management, and investment tracking.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
