Senior Staff Product Security Engineer | Secure Configuration

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Security Engineer to lead strategic initiatives and influence product development and customer enablement. This role focuses on securing product development processes, reducing security risks, and empowering customers to leverage ServiceNow's cloud-based platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Product Management and Customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product security
• Deep knowledge of security best practices and familiarity with ServiceNow architecture
• In-depth knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and application security control evaluation frameworks
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into actionable guidance
• Collaborative mindset and developer level proficiency in at least one language
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001) preferred
