Senior Staff ServiceNow Developer

Zscaler, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Senior Staff ServiceNow Developer to join their G&A team in the United States. This role involves designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with business owners, and leveraging ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD modules. The position offers flexibility with a preference for candidates in the San Jose, CA area and requires a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and APIs
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
