This role involves collaborating with customers, driving cross-functional programs, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with FDE teams, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, self-starter with extensive experience in program and SDLC management.
Requirements
- Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size software development companies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and release management practices in cloud-based SaaS product organizations.
- Demonstrated competence in program planning, schedule construction and management; risk assessment & mitigation, dependency management, change management, and predictive metrics.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
