Senior Staff UX Researcher - AI Experience

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff UX Researcher to drive the design and validation of AI-enhanced technology. The role involves understanding complex customer problems, conducting user research, and partnering with Product Managers and Designers to ensure feature and design direction aligns with customer needs. This is a full-time, remote position focused on user research and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and using AI-powered tools.
• Experience in applying customer-centered research techniques to product definition and designs.
• Experience defining, planning, and executing research studies, including outlining objectives and determining data collection methods.
• A portfolio of work representing research influenced great insights or experiences.
• 14+ years’ of work experience applying and conducting customer-centered research
