Senior SuccessFactors Analyst

This is a Permanent Full Time Senior SuccessFactors Analyst role within a fast-paced, highly regulated financial services environment. Requirements

• Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills
• Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and regulations
• Leadership skills to guide initiatives
• Familiarity with SAP ALM and JIRA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
• Evidence of Australian eligibility
• Police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment
