ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their Australian-based Systems Engineering team. The team manages the infrastructure and products that power their cloud, including commercial clouds hosted on Azure, AWS, GCP, and a regulated Australian sovereign cloud. The successful candidate will have experience in systems engineering, cloud, or infrastructure automation, and a learning mindset to learn a diverse set of skillsets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a systems engineering, cloud or infrastructure automation role
- Software-defined systems background, having experience writing code to automate and provision infrastructure in a language such as Python, Go or Java
- A learning mindset, with motivation to learn a diverse set of skillsets and bring real improvement to both our internal and external customers
- Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Infra as code (Terraform, cloud formation or similar)
- Kubernetes administration and development
- Infrastructure management (e.g some but not all of Linux, networking, virtualisation, DNS)
