PTC is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic hiring initiatives across EMEA operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Proven ability to lead strategic hiring initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong command of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, with fluency in German a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
