The role requires a strong technical background and expertise in solutions design, governance, and performance optimization. Consultants will mentor junior team members and work as part of a collaborative team to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
- Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, Risk, SecOps, Core Business Workflows, HRSD, S2P, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal).
