Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant in ServiceNow projects
• Strong track record of successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
• Hands on experience with core platform skills including IntegrationHub and complex integrations
• Ability to configure OOTB ServiceNow capabilities and perform basic setup and validation
• Experience building and delivering demos and proof of concepts
• Strong understanding of technical design for complex integrations
