ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions for various ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM modules. The role involves working with clients to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, applying industry knowledge, and mentoring junior consultants. ServiceNow aims to make the world work better through innovative AI-enhanced technology.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
  • Experience with authentication methods (SSO, SAML), LDAP, and integration middleware
  • Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges
