Senior Technical Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow to provide technical expertise and configuration to customers. This role involves designing, implementing, and guiding customers to leverage ServiceNow's platform and ITOM products, focusing on customer business outcomes. Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Micro-Certifications)
• At least 3 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITOM related processes
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
