The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies and a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. The role involves providing technical expertise to customers and configuring ServiceNow ITOM products to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong understanding of leading ITOM leading practices and related systems and tools
