ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow Expert Implementation Services to collaborate with customers, configure the ServiceNow ITOM products, and drive business outcomes. This role involves guiding customers in optimizing their ITOM solutions, delivering technical support, and leading project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting and configuration skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience with diverse technologies.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and solution-specific designations (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Micro-Certifications).
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong understanding of leading ITOM practices and related systems and tools like CMDB, integrations, and event management.
