This position involves building and configuring ServiceNow solutions for complex challenges. The role requires collaboration with Business Consultants and stakeholders, driving technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Requirements
- Completed a mathematics, engineering, computer science or related degree
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge in CMDB implementation
- Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SecOps, IRM)
- Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes and UI Scripts
- Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ideally ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
