We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management team, supporting both project initiatives and day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in IT Operations, Infrastructure Coordination, or Technical Project Support roles.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, server functionalities and clustering, virtual machines (VMs), and SSL certificates.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (for reporting and task tracking).
  • Understanding of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrated ability to document and articulate ideas clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in engaging and keeping stakeholders informed through effective communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage tasks and time efficiently while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
