We are looking for a professional with a solid technical background and experience in critical environments to work in the field of networks and security. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive vision of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies, preferably on Cisco and Meraki platforms
• Proven experience in network and security support in medium and large environments with 24x7 operation
• Participation in medium to high complexity network and security projects
• Experience in managed services for corporate network infrastructures, data centers, and network operations centers
• Familiarity with tools such as SolarWinds and ServiceNow
• Customer-oriented skills for incident management, changes, requirements, and report generation
• Intermediate English level with technical reading and communication skills in international collaborative environments
